ApneScan by Apnea-Tech Ltd supported by Bluefrog Design is here to improve sleep apnoea triage. In collaboration with Apnea Tech Ltd, Bluefrog Design has supported the development of a Bluetooth-enabled, easy-to-use, low-cost, single-use device that screens for sleep apnoea by monitoring the breath pathway. ApneScan will potentially increases capacity within busy sleep clinics, enabling patients to access much-needed treatment. With the best user-centred design principles, ApneScan is a lightweight and comfortable device that prioritises patient comfort. Founder of Apnea Tech Ltd, Andy Moss, praised Bluefrog Design's professionalism and collaboration throughout the development of ApneScan, which he sees as being a long-term collaboration.
