Valentin is in charge of energy and climate policies at Ocean Energy Europe. Before joining OEE, he worked for the Council of the European Union and the French government on European climate and energy policies, focusing on the Fit for 55 package.
He authored several versions of the “Key Stats & Trends” report, which analyses the latest developments within the ocean energy industry over the past year. He is involved in writing several other reports and works alongside European institutions and national governments to develop policies and funding to support the development of the ocean energy industry.
