Recent graduate Sager Mepani works as a product designer for a start-up that offers design services to airlines seeking new, innovative and sustainable products for their passengers. Having focused his research project on the UK’s right to repair legislation and how effective it is at reducing e-waste, Sager went on to deliver a talk about his findings at the ILC conference at Nottingham Trent University in July. Exploring ways businesses can work with legislation and implement sustainable design practices profitably remains key to his agenda.
