Monty Ravenscroft

Founder, Hidealoo

Architectural engineer Monty Ravenscroft is founder and inventor of Hidealoo – the world’s first moveable toilet mechanism. For the last 25 years, Monty has been pioneering moving elements in architecture including designing the largest single pane of glass in Europe, which he engineered to disappear into the ground to provide access to a garden. The idea for Hidealoo came while Monty was building a home on a tiny plot in London. With limited space, Monty got creative with a range of space-saving inventions.
