Based in Bordon, Hampshire, she has excelled across sectors including medical, military, and aerospace. Laura’s visionary leadership transformed the company’s culture, introducing core values. Her achievements were recognized with several Leadership Awards, celebrating outstanding manufacturing leaders. Her dedication to her talented team has been instrumental in achieving this recognition. Laura is also a passionate ambassador for UK manufacturing and business diversity, serving as MAKE UK Regional Advisory Board Chair and Vice Chair of their National Membership Board as well as a being a member of Enginuity’s SME Advisory Group.
