Relec Electronics Welcomes New Leadership Team

We are thrilled to announce significant changes to our leadership team at Relec Electronics. Our long serving Managing Director, Peter Lappin, who has been at the helm since 2003, is stepping down. Taking the reins are our new Co-Managing Directors, Mathew Rehm and Luke Ansell-Kleszcz. Additionally, we are excited to introduce Neil Pain as our new Sales Director, taking over from John Stone, and Callum Beal as our new Operations Director. This dynamic team is set to lead us into an exciting future, building on the solid foundation laid by Peter.

A Fond Farewell and a Heartfelt Thank You to Peter Lappin

First and foremost, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Peter Lappin for his remarkable leadership over the past two decades. Peter's vision and dedication have been instrumental in shaping Relec into the trusted and innovative company it is today. Under his guidance, we have navigated through numerous challenges and celebrated countless successes. Peter’s contributions have left an indelible mark on our company, and we are profoundly grateful for his unwavering commitment.

Welcoming Mathew Rehm & Luke Ansell-Kleszcz

Mathew Rehm steps into his new role with an impressive 11-year tenure at Relec Electronics. Having served as Business Manager, Mathew's extensive experience and in-depth understanding of our business operations make him an ideal fit for this leadership position. Mathew has focused on display technology but also has a strong background in power supplies, giving him a comprehensive perspective on our diverse product range. His strategic insight and dedication to excellence have been pivotal in driving our success, and we are confident that his leadership will continue to propel us forward.

Luke Ansell-Kleszcz, with his four years at Relec as Finance & Operations Manager, brings a wealth of knowledge and a fresh new perspective to our leadership team. Luke’s approach to finance and operations has been crucial in modernising our processes to enhance efficiency. His keen analytical skills and operational acumen will be invaluable as we grow and achieve new heights.

Introducing Neil Pain & Callum Beal

Neil Pain, previously our Power Supplies Business Manager, is stepping into the role of Sales Director. Neil's deep understanding of our power supplies division and his incredible sales knowledge make him a perfect fit for this position. His ability to build strong relationships with clients and supplier alike, and his passion for driving sales growth will be instrumental in our continued success.

Callum Beal has transitioned from Customer Service Manager to Operations Director. Callum's commitment to excellence in customer service and his operational expertise have been key in enhancing our customer experience. In his new role, Callum will focus on optimising our operations to ensure we continue to deliver top-notch service and solutions to our clients as we continue to grow.
