Our diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging workshop discusses discovering and managing biases in recruitment, managing diverse teams and creating inclusive cultures, leading to greater retention in diverse talent. We reflect on the business case for diversity - transforming the narrative from one social justice to one of productivity and innovation. Our workshop is designed to be interactive, provoking our audience to think about their own biases and how to create an inclusive working environment, and focuses on learning from lived experiences.
