AI is much hyped, in our experience over-promising and under-delivering. However we have found a niche where the maturity of quality standards make sample implementations available to off the shelf chatbots. We demonstrate how to leverage chatbots to increase productivity during the laborious QMS bring-up phase. Our original QMS took a week of typing to generate the various manuals and forms needed. We demonstrate how using suitable chatbot prompts can massively reduce the time to generate a new QMS. We demonstrate how the essential documentation can be produced in under a day.
